About / Our Story

We don't just advise.
We execute.

Cay Digital is an AI advisory that helps teams move fast with AI tools. We combine hands-on execution with strategic depth, backed by a team with real experience at the highest levels of enterprise organizations.

Our Team

Local expertise, global delivery.

We're a team of senior builders and strategists who've shipped, sold, and scaled the work we now do for clients. Big Tech and Big Four pedigree, 60 strong across technologists, AI engineers, designers, and delivery leads. People who've shipped at scale and chose this over going back to the mothership.

Our founder, Ryan Morgan, built Arrow Digital from the ground up, sold it to Cognizant, and then spent 6 years as a Partner at PwC. He wanted to build something that was AI-native, not retrofitted, and shed the existing approach to creating technology that carries the built-in inertia of “this is how we always did it.” He left to drive the once-in-a-generation transformation that is upon us. The rest of us followed for the same reason.

What sets us apart

We only choose projects
where we make a difference.

  • Strategy and execution. Not just decks.
  • Deep AI, UX, technical and product experience.

Our Roots

More than advisors. Partners.

Our team size and AI-native talent gives us the freedom to be disruptive. Our leadership is Big Tech meets Big Four with real enterprise experience, at scale, creating and releasing AI-native technology.

How we think

We keep our principles simple.

Clarity over hype.

Plain language, sharp framing. We name what we mean.

Depth over volume.

A small team of senior specialists, not a stack of bench bodies.

Outcomes over deliverables.

We measure ourselves by what changed, not what we shipped.

Strategy where it matters.

Where direction is decided, not where decks live.

Execution where it counts.

On the keyboard, in production, with results to point at.
