Agentic Skills Training

Everyone leaves with real workflows running on AI.

Two days on site with a forward-deployed team. Every person builds a working AI workflow on their own job while we guide. Four weeks later, you have the number to prove what it’s worth.

What’s not working

Your licenses are on.
Most of your people went back to the old way.

We did the training. Nobody’s actually using it.

Training that’s all slides

People watch a demo, nod, and go back to doing the work by hand.

Only one person on the team knows how that works.

Wins that stay with one person

The few who figure it out keep it in their heads, so nobody else benefits.

We’ll get to it once things slow down.

No time to learn

The day job always wins, so the training slides to next quarter and the licenses sit idle.

What you get

What your team
walks away with.

2 days
On site, in person, hands on keyboards
Up to 12
People per cohort, from any function
3
Forward-deployed practitioners in the room, table to table
4 weeks
Of office hours after, on real volume

What you keep

  • A working workflow for every personBuilt on their own job and saved so anyone on the team can rerun it, with built-in quality checks. 12+ per cohort.
  • Your data, connectedMicrosoft 365 and your business data, connected with the permissions your IT team approves.
  • Guardrails from day oneA data-use guide and reference playbook your team keeps, so “is this allowed?” has an answer.
  • Your brand, built inVoice and design skills, so everything sounds and looks like you.
  • Two guided labsEmail in your voice and answers from your own data: a first win for everyone.
  • A shared skills catalogEvery skill documented and shared, each with an owner.
  • A before/after numberA baseline before day one, measured again at week four, with a leadership brief.
  • A ranked list of what’s nextEvery idea from the cohort, scored by value and effort.

Training is the first of four steps. The workflows your team builds here are what become agent-led workflows next.

The return

Every workflow comes
with a number.

  1. Before day oneA baseline survey. Your real “before,” captured before anyone builds anything.
  2. Day 2A number on every workflow. Each person puts their workflow in hours or dollars.
  3. Week fourMeasured again. On real volume, not on the demo.
  4. For leadershipA brief you can use. The before and after, ready for your next leadership conversation.

A forward-deployed team

You drive.
We guide.

We work inside your company like a forward-deployed team, on your systems and your data. Your people do the building, and we coach them through it.

We teach you how we work, so you don’t need us.

How it runs

Learn day one.
Build day two.

Teaching comes in short blocks. Most of the day, people build at their own keyboards while our team moves between tables.

  1. Before day one

    Set up

Sponsor kickoff, baseline survey, your systems connected and the labs ready.

  2. Day 1

    Learn

Two guided labs, then each person picks a workflow from their own work to build.

  3. Day 2

    Build

Build it, save it so the team can rerun it, demo it. Leaders join the show and tell.

  4. Four weeks after

    Run it

Office hours on real volume. Anything unfinished on day 2, we finish together.

Sample labs · tailored to each department

Two quick wins, then your own workflow.

Lab 1 · A first win for every role

Answer email in your voice

  • Connect Microsoft 365 and your sent mail
  • Profile how you write: tone, length, yes, no
  • Draft replies to emails waiting on you
  • Save it so anyone can rerun it, scheduled weekday mornings

You leave withReply drafts in your inbox every morning, ready to send.

Lab 2 · Questions it used to answer

Working with your data

  • Connect your data, direct or de-identified
  • Ask by segment, region and tenure
  • Have Claude write and check the math
  • Build a segment and draft specific outreach

You leave withA saved segment and outreach your team can rerun.

These are examples, not a fixed curriculum. We rebuild each lab around the department in the room, using its own tools, data and daily work. Every cohort also covers Claude fundamentals.

Proof from a previous engagement

What the same method did for one finance team.

Before we packaged this two-day program, we ran a three-day bootcamp for a multinational manufacturer’s finance team, on a data warehouse we had already connected to Claude. Leave a work email to read the full case study, plus the hour-by-hour agenda for the two days.

  • 5

    Automations built during the bootcamp

  • 165–220hrs/mo

Estimated capacity returned to the team

  • 2weeks

How this is different

Six questions to ask any training provider.

The question Agentic Skills Training

When is it running?Day two, not day ninety
Who ends up able to build?Every person, on their own work
How many workflows by day 2?12+, at least one per person
Which tools?Claude and Microsoft 365 together
Who runs it afterward?Your team, with 4 weeks of office hours
Where does your data go?Through your own Claude business account. We never keep a copy

Questions

Questions, answered.

What does a forward-deployed team mean?

Three of our practitioners work on site inside your company, on your systems and your data. Your people do the building; we move table to table, answer the tool and data questions on the spot, and coach everyone to a finished workflow. The goal is that your team can keep building without us.

Who should attend?

Teams that already have Copilot or Claude seats and uneven adoption. Up to 12 people from any function who know their own work best. No coding background required.

Can you run it remotely?

No. The two days are in person. Office hours afterward are remote.

What happens after the two days?

Four weeks of office hours on real volume, a before/after number with a leadership brief, and a ranked list of what to build next. Most teams move the top items into agent-led workflows.

Which AI tools do you use?

We’re a Claude Partner Network member and a Microsoft partner. We prefer to build on Claude alongside your Microsoft 365, and we can work with whatever stack you’re already on. We set up the tools before day one.

We've tried AI before and didn't see the ROI. Why is this different?

Most teams have tried something: ChatGPT on their own, Copilot switched on, a generic course. Those make individuals faster and leave the process exactly as slow. Here, each person builds a skill on their own workflow, connected to your data, that the whole team runs. The ROI shows up by week four because it is measured on work you already do.

My team isn't technical. Can they do this?

Yes. It's built for the people doing the day-to-day work. If you can explain how you do your job, you can build on it. No code required.

Do you need access to our confidential data?

No, and we never keep a copy. Before day one we connect Claude to your systems through your own company accounts, with the permissions your IT team approves, using de-identified data where it is sensitive. Claude processes it under your company’s business account, which isn’t used to train models. Your team gets a data-use guide that says what can go where, and we answer data questions on the spot.

Who owns what we build, and what happens to our data?

You do, entirely. Everything your team builds lives in your own Microsoft 365 and Claude accounts. We never keep a copy of your data.

What does it cost, and how many people can we send?

One fixed fee per cohort of up to 12 people, not per seat, plus travel. We talk through the number on a quick call. Most teams focus a cohort on one department or mix several functions.
